Yes, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail within 24 hours. How can I check the status of an order placed online? The best way to check the status of an order is to submit an inquiry through our Customer Service page. You can also call 1-888-488-0600 between the hours of 9AM and 5PM EST, Monday through Friday and we will check your order status for you. What is Giggles.com's return policy? At Giggles.com, we guarantee that all the products we sell are of the highest quality. It is our goal to make sure that each customer is 100% satisfied with his or her purchase. We do know that sometimes returns are unavoidable due to defective items or a wrong choice. If you must return an item, please be sure to read our Returns Policy carefully before doing so. Can I order from Giggles.com by telephone? Yes, to order by phone, please call 1-888-488-0600 between the hours of 9AM and 5PM EST, Monday through Friday. Please have the SKUs (located on the product page) of the items you wish to purchase, along with shipping and credit card information ready when you call. What forms of payment are accepted? We accept Visa and MasterCard. You may also pay with a money order or a valid bank check. Personal checks are NOT accepted. What Shipping options are available? We offer two main options:

Please visit our shipping information page. Can orders be shipped to a P.O. Box? Yes, they will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail. Can orders be shipped to foreign countries? Yes. International orders will incur an additional charge of $10.00 per order. Is my credit card information secure on your site? Absolutely. We use the very latest in SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to safeguard your private information. Check for the "lock" symbol on your browser window during critical steps in the checkout process to ensure that your information is safe. What will show up on my credit card statement? What will appear on your credit card statement is GW Corp. or Giggles along with our toll free phone number should you not recognize our name. That number is 1-888-488-0600. Do you ship discreetly? Of course! Although it need not be said we still receive inquires asking whether orders are shipped discreetly. Your order will show up in either a USPS priority mail box or a plain brown box with the return address of GW Corp. That's it! There is no indication of what is contained within the box or the nature of those products. My question was not answered by this FAQ. What do I do? Not a problem.
