1. Use a tape measure (behind your balls) to find the diameter of your penis. If you don't have a tape measure use a string: slip it behind your balls and tug it up around the front of your penis (your belly side). The tape or string should be snug but not tight. Measure your penis when your body is slightly warmer than normal, such as after a shower or bath.

2. Mark the string on both sides where it comes together at snugness thats comfortable for you.

3. Remove the string and measure between the marks. This measurement will give you your circumference.

4. Divide your measurement by Pi (3.14). This is the size cockring that will suit you the best.

Here are some sample calculations:
4.75 inches ÷ 3.14 = 1.5 inches diameter cockring
5.5 inches ÷ 3.14 = 1.75 inches diameter cockring
6.25 inches ÷ 3.14 = 2 inches diameter cockring
7 inches ÷ 3.14 = 2.25 inches diameter cockring
