- All orders are processed in the order received.
- All orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
- Any items that are out of stock or made-to-order will require additional processing time.
- FREE shipping offers are shipped via the Standard shipping method for US customers in the 48 contiguous States.
- Any orders that require expedited shipping times should select “Priority Handling” at checkout (additional charges will apply).
- Standard shipping includes FedEx SmartPost service at the rates listed in the table below. FedEx SmartPost has a transit time of 2-10 business days (longer time-in-transit outside the contiguous 48 U.S. States) with final delivery to the residence made by the USPS.
- Premium shipping includes FedEx Home Delivery service and is $10.00 extra (add $10.00 to the rates below to get your shipping charge for a Premium shipped order).
- Overnight and 2-Day shipping are available at the customer's expense. Indicate your interest in either of these shipping methods in the Customer Notes field when placing your order. We will contact you regarding the viability of such a shipping method, giving consideration to whether or not the items you have ordered are in stock.
- International Orders will be shipped via FedEx Express or, if requested, FedEx Priority. International orders will incur an additional shipping fee! At time of order, the shipping charge will reflect the Shipping Table, below. You will be contacted with the actual shipping charge to ship internationally at time of shipment. You may estimate your international shipping charge at www.fedex.com. Input the origin zip code of 12524. Please do not order if you do not understand this. It is expensive to ship internationally for us and we do not make money nor lose money on shipping. You will only be charged the actual cost to ship your order. If you cancel your order due to not agreeing to the additional shipping charge, you will incur a restock fee of up to 25%.
- P.O. Box and US Military (FPO and APO) addresses will be shipped using USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail.

Return Policy
At Giggles.com, we guarantee that all the products we sell are of the highest quality. It is our goal to make sure that each customer is 100% satisfied with his or her purchase. We do know that sometimes returns are unavoidable due to defective items or a wrong choice. If you must return an item, please be sure to read our returns policy and guidelines carefully before doing so. We want to make sure an exchange or credit is just as pleasurable as the initial purchase. All Returns require an RMA Number to be issued FIRST. Please be sure to contact us to insure that your return is acceptable and does not end up being refused and returned back to you.
Once your request is received we will reply back to you with approval or denial. If approved, an RMA number will be issued along with instructions on how to send it back to us. In the case of it not being an approved return we will reply with a specific explanation of why the return request was denied.
Returns Within 30 Days (non defective items): If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason within the first 30 days other than it being defective, you may return it for in-house credit toward another item. The only additional charge you will incur is the shipping charge to send your replacement. (One replacement per customer per order please). This includes all items except opened VHS, DVDs, Lingerie, and shoes that have been worn. These items are NOT returnable unless defective and replaced with the same type of product only. In the case of an item being defective and not in stock at the time of your return, it will be replaced with a item of equal or greater value.
Returns up to 30 Days (defective items): Up to 30 days, you may return any item that has defects in materials or workmanship. We will replace the item with the same. If the original item is not in stock or is unavailable, we will provide a replacement of equal or greater value.
Returns up to 90 Days (defective items): Up to 90 days, you may still return any item that has defects in materials or workmanship. The only charge you will incur is the actual shipping costs to send a new replacement out to you. Again, we will replace the item with the same. If the original item is not in stock or is unavailable, we will provide you the opportunity to choose a replacement of equal or greater value.
Giggles.com is not responsible for refunds or replacements of order shipments that have been delivered and confirmed by the carrier used. If you have not received your package, please contact us and we will confirm its status. If you do not receive a package that is confirmed, we ask that you contact your carrier. If the tracking can not be confirmed we will duplicate the order at our expense and at our discretion. In the event of an undeliverable shipment due to customer error, Giggles.com will resend the package and all additional shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. In the event a package can not be resent, the order will be cancelled and a restocking fee of up to 20% will be deducted from your credit along with all shipping charges.
To avoid abuse of our policy, we reserve the right to charge up to 25% restocking fee on all returns.
SHOE Return Policy
All shoes are thoroughly inspected before shipping. Special ordered shoe sizes and/or colors cannot be returned for any reason. We can NOT accept returns on special-ordered styles and/or colors, unless defective. In case of defects, the same size and color will be exchanged only. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse for shipping expenses to us. Thank you.
CANCELED ORDER POLICY:
Because we are committed to getting everyone’s orders to them as fast and efficient as possible, we ask that you please make your purchase wisely. Once you place your order, it is immediately processed and put in motion and cannot be stopped without causing a ripple effect.
Due to abuse of our lenient policies, we are now forced to charge a 15% processing fee for ALL canceled orders.
Reminder - if an order has left our facility it can NOT be canceled at all.
